Took a few days off to train our new dog, short morning runs around the neighborhood with Sheldon and then hit the trails. Nice morning trail run 56° and overcast. perfect running weather!

Country Lane Yellow Trail
Nice to be back on my favorite trail. It has been 2 1/2 months since I last ran the Yellow Trail. The single track portion of the trail was a little muddy but still better than snow and ice!
