Danada County Trails, Herrick Lake
Lunch time run on the trail in snow and rain. First snow of of the season. My co-workers thought I was nuts running today. I thought of it like the postman, rain, snow, sleet or sun(or whatever the saying is) got to get it done!

Chicago Lakefront Trail
I was unable to run all week, because once again life gets in the way of running. It was great to get back out there this morning. Great morning for a long run along the Lakefront! I think I needed this run more for my mental well being than my physical well being. Being a running addict, it was very tough not running all week.

Country Lane Yellow Trail
Nice be back running. First time in over a year that I did not run for five consecutive days. Glad I was able to run my favorite Yellow Trail today on a beautiful October afternoon!
