Nice leisurely Sat run with the group(Angelica, Maria, John and Andy) on the Bullfrog Lake trail, AKA Loosey Goosey trail. The trail John nicknamed Loosey Goosey because of all of the rocks, roots, ruts, turns, ups and downs. Each one of us have fallen at least once on this trail. Today it was Angelica's turn.
