Danada County Trails, Herrick Lake

On my birthday I wanted to run mileage that was related to my birthday, so I ran 5.5miles times 2, and set a new record for this trail(I am not 11 or 5.5 yrs old)! One year older and .01 seconds faster!

Chicago Spring Half Marathon

Beautiful morning along the Chicago Lakefront trail. Unofficial run for me, I wasn't registered for the run, I just ran along with Andy who had won a free entry to the race.

Oak Lawn Neighborhood Loop

Run around the neighborhood with Sheldon, He was difficult the first mile(I felt like a clown floppin all over the place) before he settled down for the remainder of the loop.

Oak Lawn Neighborhood Loop

Afternoon run with Sheldon. I had to make a pit stop, or I should say Sheldon had to make a pit stop and I had to cleanup and forgot to pause my Garmin, so our times are off. Some runners(I am referring to Sheldon) will use any excuse to stop!

Danada, County Trails, Lake Herrick

After work run on the Danada trail. It was nice to run this trail when there was no, ice, snow or mush. Nice run through the forest preserves!

Oak Lawn Neighborhood Loop

Afternoon run with Sheldon. I knew there would be ups and downs with him. Today he was full of piss and vinegar for the first mile, tugging, pulling, and crossing in front of me, which for a dog of his size, it can be a real challenge. Fortunately he settled down the last few miles. Today I was introduced Sheldon's pace!
