Swallow Cliffs 6mi Loop
Angelica, Andy, John, Mark and Mike at Swallow Cliffs. Nice Saturday morning run with the group. It was suppose to be a pace run(marathon goal pace) of 8:30 but I kept doubling back for the slower runners and ended up with a slower pace.
We ended up losing Mark, so Andy and I headed off in different directions looking for Mark, add on 1 more mile.
