Andy and I on a 4 mile training run on the Swallow Cliffs trails. Tough run in the heat and humidity. As soon at the Garmin hit 4 miles, I stopped!
Tomorrow is suppose to be even hotter and it is an 8 mile run, this is gonna be rough..
