Solo, around the hood, I was sore after two days of walking around the Covered Bridge Festival in Parke County, Indiana, so I skipped the trails to run on the flat streets. Sore for the first 3 miles but tolerable for the remainder of the run. At this point, I guess I have not completely recovered from the marathon.
